This is a working-stylist leadership role for an experienced professional who wants to stay behind the chair while helping a salon get better. Strong consultation, cutting, color, and finishing skills matter, along with the ability to explain your decisions and support another stylist’s development.

Alongside your own guest appointments, you’ll help strengthen service consistency, education, rebooking, home-care recommendations, and the everyday organization of the salon. We’re looking for someone who can give useful feedback, care for shared products and equipment, and lead through the quality of their own work.

You’ll work with Jenn and our operations team, with an established workspace, supplied salon backbar, scheduling, reception, and marketing support. This is an opportunity to help build a department—not a request to operate a separate business inside ours.

We’re looking for stylists who combine technical care with a good consultation: listening to what a guest wants, explaining what is realistic, and creating a result that works beyond the salon chair.

You’ll provide hair services, maintain clear guest notes, recommend appropriate home care, and help guests plan their next visit. We welcome different specialties and want to understand the hair types, textures, and services you work with confidently—as well as where you want to keep learning.

Grounded provides the salon setting and business support. You bring your professional judgment, follow-through, and willingness to help build lasting guest relationships.

You’ll provide personalized massage and bodywork, beginning with a thoughtful consultation and working within your training and professional scope. We value confident fundamentals, clear communication about pressure and comfort, accurate treatment notes, and respect for each guest’s boundaries.

We’re looking for dependable professionals who take care of their treatment space, communicate with their coworkers, and remain curious about their craft. Your particular strengths matter; you do not need to be every kind of therapist to do meaningful work here.

You’ll provide natural-nail services with close attention to shaping, cuticle care, polish application, sanitation, and guest comfort. We value clean, consistent work and appointments that feel attentive rather than rushed.

This opening is specifically for recurring Sunday and Tuesday availability. You’ll work within a multidisciplinary wellness studio, alongside people who take both their craft and the guest experience seriously.
