Over the last thirteen years, Grounded has grown from a one-room massage practice into a community-centered wellness studio rooted in Palm Springs.
Recently I had the opportunity to sit down with VoyageLA to talk about the journey—how Grounded began, the lessons I've learned through entrepreneurship, chronic pain, family, hospitality, and why our mission has always been bigger than massage alone.
Rather than simply telling our story, the interview became an opportunity to reflect on what it means to build something slowly, intentionally, and alongside an incredible team and community.
